  2. Street Store: 1200sqft usable area
  3. Smooth inlet and outlet; sufficient water supply and wastewater treatment
  4. 3 Phase Electricity, 33KW needed
Applicant Requirements
  1. Ideally aged between 20 and 45 years old
  2. Possess strong financial capability, a dedicated work ethic, and an excellent business reputation.
  3. Demonstrate robust management skills and have their own operational team (training available).
